This thoughtfully balanced blend brings together Brazilian chocolate richness, Colombian smoothness, Guatemalan brightness, and Ethiopian complexity for a cup that’s both comforting and refined. Rich notes of toffee and dark chocolate form the foundation, while subtle citrus brightness adds just enough lift to keep the cup clean and lively. SUNRISE CIRCLE: Light 

This bright light roast blend brings together washed Ethiopian, Guatemalan, and Brazilian beans to create a beautifully layered and approachable cup. Expect a lively blackberry-like acidity up front, balanced by smooth caramel sweetness and subtle notes of plum and black tea. High-altitude Ethiopian heirloom beans contribute floral complexity and tea-like brightness, while Guatemalan coffees from volcanic highlands add structure and gentle sweetness. Brazilian beans round out the blend with body and balance, creating a well-rounded, easy-drinking light roast that’s both complex and comforting. Carefully sourced from premier coffee regions and thoughtfully processed, this blend is vibrant without being sharp and smooth without being flat — a light roast with depth, character, and drinkability in every cup. JITTERLESS: Decaf Medium
